A few photos of the build process of the F6 amplifier. Practically does not differ from the assembly procedures for other models.
The assembled PCB is ready for installation of the output transistors.
Output transistors installed.
Install the connecting wires. Red (2,5 sq.mm) - output. Black - signal. Orange, blue, yellow - indication. Install
mica
pads through thermal conductive paste. The PCB is ready to install in the case.
Power socet, input, output connectors. The transformer and the power switch. Lay the connecting wires.
Installing the amplifier unit to the case and fix with four screws M4x6.
With clamps and screws M4x20 fix the output transistors on a radiator.
Attach the gain control in the corresponding hole.
With cable ties fix the connecting wires to the mounting rails. Then install the front panel and knob for gain control.
